Types of Banking Jobs

Business Analyst

 Commercial Banker

Financial services are offered by commercial bankers to small as well as large businesses. Generally, they specialize in commercial lending, small business loans, and loan workouts. 

Loan officers

They provide loans to businesses based on their relationship with them. They also assess whether an applicant will be able to repay a loan through a process called underwriting. Among the services they offer are small business loans, the establishment of business checking accounts, and direct deposits for employees.

Branch Manager 

A branch manager of a bank supervises the daily operations of the commercial bank. The services include those related to customer service, safety, procedures, policies, and sales. Additionally, the branch manager keeps an eye on the bank staff. Banks and other types of financial institutions typically hire investment bankers in corporate offices, not in commercial banking branches. These professionals can hold a variety of positions.
