Once the final list of qualified candidates is posted after the main exam there is an interview process. It is conducted by a panel of bank officials and takes 15-20 minutes. The interview has a weightage of 100 marks with a minimum of 40% being the qualifying marks. Questions asked during the interview process can be anything from current affairs, banking related, general awareness and many more. Once the interview process is over a final list of the candidates is prepared depending upon the marks secured in the main exam and interview.
