1.Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY)
Students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. studies in the science field may apply for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) 2021. It is also an initiative of the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.
Eligibility for scholarships -
Applicants must be Indian nationals intending to study in India (Students planning to study or pursuing a master's or doctoral degree under distance education or through correspondence are not eligible).
Amount of the scholarship - Candidates will receive up to INR 7,000 per month in fellowships and up to INR 28,000 in contingency grants.

2. AICTE Pragati Scholarship for Girls
AICTE's Pragati scholarship supports the higher education of women in technical fields. Its purpose is to provide assistance to girls from economically depressed families who wish to pursue higher education.
Eligibility for scholarships -Students must be enrolled in a degree or diploma course in their first year at an AICTE-approved institution
Amount of the scholarship - Up to INR 30,000 and INR 2000 per month for 10 months

3. Foundation for Academic Excellence and Access (FAEA)
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) offers financial assistance to students from economically disadvantaged sections for undergraduate studies through the FAEA.
Eligibility for scholarships - Students belonging to the economically-weaker SC/ST/BPL category, who have passed their higher education or those who are currently enrolled in their first year of college is eligible.
Amount of the scholarship - The scholarship covers the total cost of the student's studies, so the amount may vary
Applications are processed within – The application period starts in May/June
4. Indian Oil Academic Scholarships
Indian Oil awards scholarships to students according to their academic merit and financial need.
Eligibility for scholarships -ITI Diploma graduates, students in their first year of B.Tech, M.B.B.S., or MBAs are eligible.
Amount of the scholarship - INR 3000 per month for 2 years

5. J N Tata Endowment Loan Scholarship
For Postgraduate/Ph.D./Postdoctoral/Research fellowships studies abroad, at the beginning of the academic year, the J. N. Tata Endowment offers loans to Indian nationals irrespective of caste, creed, gender, or community.
Eligibility for scholarships- Indian nationals must have completed their last academic examination with at least 60%. An undergraduate degree from an Indian university is essential. Those without undergraduate degrees are not eligible.
Amount of the scholarship - The amount of the loan scholarship ranges between Rs. 1,000,000/- and Rs. 10,000,000/-.

6. INSPIRE Scholarship
As part of an initiative by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, Inspire offers financial aid to students seeking courses in natural and basic sciences. Scholarships for Higher Education (SHE) are part of this program.
Eligibility for scholarships -Candidates must have an aggregate score between 1% and 3% in their Class XII examinations from any State/ Central Board in India to qualify. In addition, the student must be pursuing courses in Natural and Basic Sciences at the BSc, BS, and Int.
Amount of the scholarship - 80,000 Indian rupees per year
