Detailed Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

Management Trainees :

Graduate in Arts / Science  / Commerce / Agriculture / Horticulture /  Animal Husbandry / Management / Statistics / HR / Others with 60% marks (55 % marks for SC/ST).

Educational qualification should be from a University/Institution/Board recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.

Age Limit ( As on 01 January 2023 ) : Minimum Age 21 years  & Maximum Age 30 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 1 January 1993 and not later than 31 December 2001 (both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation :

SC / ST – 5 years

Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer) – 3 years

PwBD – 10 years

Ex-Servicemen – 5 years

Defense service personnel disabled in operation during the hostilities – 3 years

Note:  In case of a candidate who is eligible for relaxation under more than one of the above categories, the age

relaxation will be available on a cumulative basis based on Government guidelines and Company Rules

subject to the maximum age not exceeding 45 years.

Salary: The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000/- p.m. for one year of training.

Note :

The Descriptive Test will be conducted only through online mode.

Negative Marks for Wrong Answers: There will be negative marks for wrong answers, 1/4th of the allotted marks (in objective tests) will be deducted for each wrong answer.

If a question is left blank i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

SC/ST/OBC- Non-creamy /PwBD candidates who wish to avail the benefit of pre-examination Online training may indicate the same while applying online.

Interview :

Candidates who have qualified in the Online examination will be ranked in the order of merit and will be called for an interview to be conducted by the Company.

All the candidates having the same cut-off score as the last shortlisted candidate shall be called for an Interview.

Maximum Interview marks are 50, Company reserves the right to fix the minimum marks to qualify for the interview.

Application Fees :

SC/ST/PwBD candidates –  Rs. 200/- (Intimation charges only)

All other categories –  Rs. 1000/- (application fee including intimation charges)
