BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Required Technical Skills

• B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

• 2+ years of technical support experience

• Good knowledge of Programming in either one of the languages – Java/Python/C#/TypesScript/Go/Ruby

• Good knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting

• Demonstrated skill and passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.

• Experience in taking a project from scoping requirements to the launch of the project

• Experience in working with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
