Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting verification for the purpose of granting certifications under the Income Tax Act of 1961's several provisions Examine the work of Senior Executives and Executives.
- Creating letters and correspondence for the Internal Revenue Service Attending proceedings before the Assessing Officer under the Income Tax Act until the assessment is completed Attending before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) Assisting in attending before the ITAT
- Preparation of income tax returns for corporations, individuals, firms, and trusts; drafting of opinions to be issued on a variety of direct tax matters, including in-depth research, etc.
- People's person with effective communication and presenting skills tenacious and persuasive
