Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the daily forecast and effective stock flow management for all Buying Brands, With Key focus on Seasonal, promoted and new launches.
- Execute purchase order creation based on the planned forecast and internal requests.
- Liaise with suppliers to secure prompt deliveries for the full range of shipping supplies items.
- Develop relationships with primary internal customers, external suppliers and other relevant stake holders for seamless flow of process.
- Work Closely with operations to ensure, PO schedule communication, timely deliveries and ensuring fill rates.
- Support change initiatives and continuous improvement projects aimed at improving the efficiency.
- Proactively flag delivery issues with the Manager for visibility.
- Closely Monitor O2D and O2S.
- TAT: stock replenishment: ensuring PO's are released on time & stocks are delivered on time. RTV to be done as per timelines.
