BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years experience in program or project management
Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS/IT)/MCA· 4+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst and tech operations domain. Exposure to working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology. Experience in people management. Ability to understand data from large volumes of data to make the right business decisions. Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau · Ability to influence and manage both peer-level and senior stakeholders. Experience developing business cases and successfully presenting to leadership. Advanced SQL skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and analytical platforms. Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) Have managed critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility. Strong analytical, mediation, and problem resolution skills. Track record of employee development (including an emphasis on selection and retention).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing priorities · Proven project management skills · Exposure to RegEX, XPATH, and Application monitoring will be an added advantage. Knowledge of SQL, ETL manager, Excellent written and oral communication skills
