Job Summary
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the coaching institute branch, including admissions, academic delivery, team management, and financial performance. The role requires a strong balance of leadership, business development, and operational management to ensure the branch meets enrollment targets and delivers quality education services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Administration
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning of classes, counselling, and support services.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards at the branch.
Ensure timely scheduling of classes and faculty allocation.
2. Business Development & Marketing
Drive student enrollment to meet or exceed targets.
Plan and execute local marketing activities (seminars, school/college tie-ups, social media promotions).
Build strong relationships with parents, students, and community stakeholders.
3. Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage faculty, counsellors, and support staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback & training where needed.
Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture.
4. Academic Quality
Ensure faculty follow the set syllabus, teaching standards, and lesson plans.
Monitor student feedback, results, and satisfaction levels.
Organize doubt-clearing sessions, extra classes, and test series as needed.
5. Financial Management
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of the branch.
Manage fee collection, discounts, and reporting to head office.
Control costs while maintaining quality standards.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions, revenue, expenses, and academic performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Education, or related field.
3+ years of experience in education management, sales, or business operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Proficient in MS Office and basic education management software.
