BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
+3 years of proven experience across digital advertising and managing agencies with a strong understanding of the market landscape.
Ability to bring structured thinking to a highly ambiguous or operational environment.
Proven ability to drive business hands-on (execution) while also being able to build a strategic vision for the area.
Comfortable in driving C-suite engagement both internally and externally independently.
Creative and strategic vision to build a value proposition for clients and advertisements property
Experience in Performance advertising Programmatic advertising or both with Agencies is highly preferable.
Strong data and analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of teams with different skill sets
Bachelor's degree; emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred. MBA would be preferred in Marketing.
Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
