Job description:
Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities
Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional
area
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit
Drive results in volume of resolutions, reduction in variability and high quality scores
Analyze data statistically and provide meaningful and relevant summary
Interacting Closely with client stakeholders and build reliable rapport
