BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in Contact Center Workforce Management
• Experience of Capacity Planning and Scheduling for channels like Phone, Chat, SMS and Email.
• Hands on experience of building Capacity models on Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Erlang functions.
• Knowledge of tools like, CMS Avaya, IEX, aspect, e-WFM
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel. VBA will be an added advantage.
• Ability to navigate successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with 5 days of work from office. No work-from-home options.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes
• Proficient in SQL
• Statistical programming experience using R or Python
• Working knowledge of statistical modeling tools used in forecasting
• Experience extracting and transforming complex data sets (ETL administration)
• Experience in developing reports and dashboards using OBIEE, Tableau or other reporting platforms.
