Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Received emails and phone calls from publications are processed and responded to.
  • Answer questions posted on the KDP forums.
  • Examine payment issues raised by English and Italian-speaking customers.
  • Accounts should be contacted for valid payment issues. Payable
  • Reprocess any books that have become blocked in the system. Send any issues or defects that require engineering knowledge to the development teams.
  • Remove content as soon as the QA team notices it.
  • Maintain and update a knowledge base with unique vendor requests and their solutions by notifying vendors that their content has been removed.
  • Prepare prefabricated responses to frequently asked questions.
  • Document process flows with the help of the operations manager.
