It’s our pleasure to introduce ourselves as one of the leading Manufacturer & Suppliers of all types of cleaning care products (Laundry care, housekeeping care, Kitchen care, Personal care and Textile care) with an experience of over three decades.
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Coimbatore
Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with key Employees among customers
• Coordinate and support Clients' business needs
• Schedule regular meetings with Customers and internal team to Ensure they are Satisfied
• Act as Point of Contact for complaints and queries from the customer.
• Help the team Up-Sell or Cross-Sell services and products
• Collaborate with Internal teams (E.G. Sales, Planning, Senior Management) to address Customers' needs.
Requirements:
12th or any higher education
Good communication skills
Computer skills _knowledge of Excel, word etc
Experience: 0-1 year / freshers also can apply
Permanent job and Day shift only.
