Responsibilities:
- Manage an effective team of analysts who create powerful data graphics for Operational Review KPIs presentations.
- Create PowerBi dashboards with the analytic team to view descriptive KPIs and predictive models as needed as a player-coach.
- Be the Product Analytics point of contact for all forecasting and modelling requirements for client engagement, profitability, and client retention.
- Identify behaviour drivers in client journeys- determine which events are most important to watch in order to reduce the risk of a poor customer experience and maximise client value
- Create and continuously enhance product expense and revenue forecasting models in collaboration with Product Managers and Finance partners for GPM products.
- As appropriate, support 3-year revenue and expense projection predictions in collaboration with Finance.
- Support Product Mix 3-year predictions for GPM Product Managers in conjunction with Finance partners.
- During team meetings, often suggest ideas for improving insight.
Requirement:
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree. A master's degree and/or a doctorate degree are strongly encouraged. Degrees in statistics, data science, operations research, or finance are desired.
- 10+ years of progressive analytics expertise, especially in a strategy, business intelligence, or consulting capacity.
- Experience in a SaaS software environment, product management, or IT is preferred.
- Experience with modelling and forecasting is required.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, as well as programming languages, statistical packages, and business intelligence tools, is required.
- Results-oriented, with an exceptional ability to transform questions into insights and anticipate what questions will likely come next to drive insight improvement.
