BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
· Should have 4+ years of industry experience in data analysis/ reporting
· Ability to drive the data management process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects, and prioritizing tasks.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Working knowledge with MS Office tools, macros/VBA, and data visualization tools like Quicksight / Tableau
· Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
· Strong Analytical skills – has the ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusions relevant to the business problem
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
· Experience with data visualization and mainstream data analytics tools like python/R
· Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
· Experience with or knowledge of WHS management tools
· Experience with survey tools, creating surveys, and analysis of survey results
· Hands experience in data extraction and manipulation using SQL/ MySQL is an advantage
· Creation of visual dashboards using automation techniques
