Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing solutions, as part of the sales process, to meet prospective client needs
- Collaborating with other sales professionals at IBM and Workday to generate and develop leads
- Leading pursuit teams from qualification through closure (including contract negotiation and execution)
- Meeting revenue targets as established by practice leadership
- Overseeing the successful delivery of projects with high customer satisfaction
- Leading a team of people while maximizing employee engagement.
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Create and deliver programme/project level documentation (i.e., strategy roadmaps/reports, project deliverables, etc)
- Drive task-level project plans
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on-budget
- Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for project/segment of the project
- Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts for complex programs and implementations.
