Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design service offerings, solutions, partners, and customer interactions as part of the business plan.
- Drive design thinking and design-led change across all Commerce and Marketing engagements.
- Develop and mature a design offering for digital marketing and commerce platforms.
- Create a design team by hiring and upscaling expertise.
- Presales assistance with identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities, as well as proposal writing and presentation.
- Provide design leadership and support to design teams, as well as deliver solutions for sold engagements.
- Internal and external thought leadership to aid market positioning with customers, partners, and analysts
- In the context of UX and other areas of design, research and exhibit knowledge of the industry's current trends and technology.
Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in design is required, as well as related experience.
- As a lead design strategist, I have over ten years of expertise.
- Currently, I'm in charge of a design team.
- Strong background in sales and pre-sales activity for the generation of deals.
- Ability to anchor and facilitate business/impact design workshops in a creative way.
- Strong articulation skills and the capacity to visualize concepts
