BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business management, Food Science, or related field, and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in program management, managing and driving the FS Ops independently in the south region. · Knowledge of FSSAI Act and regulations. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work independently and autonomously. · Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements and metrics. · Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team, including adherence to core values and dynamic culture. · Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and execution. · Demonstrated experience creating sustainable processes. · Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business needs Good Analytical skills Knowledge of SQL will be an additional advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
