Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using Node.js, Java, and modern frontend frameworks.

Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems.

Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native / Flutter / Ionic (as applicable).

Ensure scalability, performance, and security in application design.

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to design schemas, queries, and optimize performance.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for maximum performance across platforms.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise-level applications.

Strong proficiency in Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js) and Java (Spring Boot / J2EE).

Experience in mobile app development using React Native / Flutter / Ionic.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React.js / Angular / Vue.js).

Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and microservices architecture.

Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Mocha, Jest, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native applications.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with payment gateways, authentication systems, or enterprise integrations.

Contribution to open-source projects or personal portfolio showcasing development work.
