5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in an architectural or leadership position.
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks and experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and excellent knowledge on prompt engineering, prompt design patterns, Advanced RAG ,Agentic AI ecosystem , base mode fine tuning etc.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML offerings.
Strong grasp of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of various vector databases, embedding models and various base models
Proficiency in implementing security protocols and data compliance frameworks
Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
Experience in setting up large-scale digital platforms with AI-driven capabilities.
Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements, design scalable and innovative solutions, and align technology frameworks with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI-driven technologies to enhance processes, optimize workflows, and deliver exceptional business outcomes.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights and vice versa.
Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and realization of business value.
Work closely with legal experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for real-time arbitration use cases
