BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 12+ years of post-MBA experience in digital advertising/marketing/brand management and client-facing roles with a focus on Client management, data analysis, and insights.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a large team of up to 20 people. Define their career path and help them achieve their career goals.
• Managing annual brand planning and media planning for key advertisers.
• Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously, and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work with conflicting priorities and through the hierarchy. Ability to influence without Authority.
• Team leading experience of more than 8+ years, proven ability to manage inter-team conflict, career management, growth aspiration management, and managing team culture.
• Excellent data-driven storytelling skills – you create and deliver compelling presentations and also provide feedback for improvement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA from Tier 1 B school.
• Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), or search marketing is a must.
• Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
• Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes
• Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Programmatic advertising strategy and implementation experience
