BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or CA/CS. 13+ years of work experience with Banks/ Fintech in the areas of Compliance, Operational Risk, Audit, or similar functions.
Candidate should have an eye for detail, an understanding of regulations, strong analytical and logical thinking, and the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
Candidate shall have a proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate understanding of presenting concepts to different levels of leadership and sections of the organization. Highly organized with multi-tasking skills; able to change direction quickly and lead through both ambiguity and constant change.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Good understanding of RBI guidelines on KYC, AML & CFT, PPI, PAPG, and NPCI guidelines on UPI.
Knowledge of Insurance regulation & lending will be helpful.
