Detailed Eligibility :
Educational Qualification :
Junior Engineer :
B.Tech / B.E. or an equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience of one year after the degree.
Applicants with an Integrated M.Tech/M.E degree are also eligible. (OR )
3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience of six years after the diploma.
Experience in handling and maintenance of electrical services including estimation, design, project execution, and billing of electrical works.
Computer proficiency and a one-year diploma in fire and safety are desirable.
Age Limit: 32 years, with applicable age relaxations as per Govt. rules.
Salary: Rs 35,400 – 1,12,400/-
On successful completion of the contract period of 3 years, the employee will be eligible for placement in Pay Level 7 (44900-142400) in a substantive post subject to assessment.

Selection Process of IIT Bombay Recruitment 2023 :
The selection process includes the Written test / Skill test.
The selection process comprises a written test from which a shortlist (a certain multiple of a number of advertised position(s)) shall be drawn from the list of qualified candidates in order of merit.
A skill (trade/ proficiency) test will be additionally conducted which shall be qualifying in nature.
The final selection shall be as per the shortlist drawn basis the written test only.
To be eligible for recruitment, a candidate is required to obtain 60% marks in the written test as well as the skill test (if applicable).
Application Fees :
The application fee is Rs. 50 (nonrefundable), which has to be paid online mode.
The SC, ST, and PwD applicants and all female applicants are exempted from this fee.
