Roles & Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility of the client portfolio and/or offerings
- Lead and nurture a consulting team for client engagements, market development. Offerings/solution building and thought leadership
- Interact with client stakeholders (typically CDO, CIO, Functional leaders etc.) on industry trends, business imperatives and technology priorities. Conduct solution and program scoping
- Lead solution discussions working with the Tech / Architect/ Product teams and facilitate program related deliberations
- Own and lead consulting engagements and technology-led transformation programs
- Co-own sales initiatives and marketing efforts. Support Bid management/ Proposal making efforts providing business and domain inputs
- Conceptualize and co-build (with the tech team) offerings and solutions proactively based on market need
