BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
─ 4+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, courseware development, or directly related field.
─ Proven experience developing learning under aggressive timelines
─ Ability to work independently
─ Working knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
─ Proficient with a variety of eLearning development tools including Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.
─ Acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
─ Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a similar field; or completion of a certificate program
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
─ Experience with instructional design in a corporate setting
─ Training or certification in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or Technical Writing
─ Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
