BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Excellent with data analytics and related tools.
2. Excellent verbal presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills Experience optimizing processes for efficiency and reliability.
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
4. Process-oriented thinker, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes.
5. Proven track record of strong judgment and good instincts, with the ability to respectfully challenge assumptions and disagree when appropriate.
6. Delivers on multiple deadlines and priorities compulsively as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
8. Bachelor’s degree required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master’s Degree
2. Strong work or educational background in data analysis and creative problem-solving.
3. Strong intuition for problem-solving; ability to handle ambiguity.
4. Strong Excel knowledge, and ability to learn Amazon's in-house technology tools quickly.
5. Familiarity with SQL, or enthusiasm to learn.
6. Experience owning a project from beginning to end, particularly in cross-functional settings.
