BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Exceptional analytical and data-gathering skills.
• Experience problem-solving, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks of competing priority with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends, if required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment.
Knowledge of FBA.
Comfortable working on excel, using pivots, and using the basic level of automation.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience in either Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain.
