Full job description
Analyze Systems and Processes: Study current IT systems and business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and potential risks.
Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and implement technical solutions, including recommending new hardware, software, and system upgrades to meet business requirements.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues with hardware and software, and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
Stakeholder Communication: Work with various stakeholders, including business leaders and end-users, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and communicate technical information effectively.
Project Management: Plan, oversee, and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, with a focus on integrating new technologies.
Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine their potential benefits for the organization. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes, and provide training to staff on new technologies and systems.
Maintain Security and Performance: Monitor system performance and implement measures to ensure data security and the overall efficiency of IT operations.
Required Skills and Qualities Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Aptitude for identifying problems, analyzing data, and developing logical solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
