BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
· 2+ years of professional SQL development experience in HR/Payroll Domain
. 2+ years of hands-on experience in building/supporting applications in native AWS and infrastructure as code. Expertise on Core Java, SQL (Oracle/Presto), AWS services like Athena ,S3, Batch, Lambda, DynamoDb, CloudWatch is a must.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 7+ years of relevant work experience · Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and coding experience using OOAD principles
- · Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- · Experience in communicating with customers and other technical teams to collect requirements and describe technical designs. · Experience working with both SQL and non-SQL databases (e.g. DynamoDB)
- Proven results and a history of project delivery working with Agile engineering practices · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
