BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5-8 years’ experience building/developing Pega business applications.

·Hands-on experience on Pega PRPC V7.X

· 3+ years’ experience in developing business processes using BPM methodologies on Pega BPM.

· 1+ years’ experience/knowledge in application development in languages such as Java or C#

· 2+ years’ experience and good working knowledge of database development and engineering (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)

· 1+ years’ experience in application integration using SOA/web services, messaging (JMS, MSMQ)

· Experience with agile development.

· 1+ years programming experience with related technology such as XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.

· Experience of Process modeling using BPM notation or equivalent

· Working experience with Linux/Unix.

· Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, highly-available systems.

· Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.

· Ability to think abstractly and deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems.

· Strong object-oriented design and coding skills.

· 2+ years of experience with database schema design.
