BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
· 5+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills to integrate data into product/operational/business planning.
· Proficiency with SQL, ETL, data warehouse, Tableau, and other common analytical tools.
· Demonstrated ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to both business and technical teams
· Be self-motivated, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with limited data.
· Entrepreneurial drive, general manager/owner mentality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field
· Experience using AWS technologies
· Experience working in large data warehouse environments
· Demonstrated ability to influence across a large, multi-faceted organization
· Strong bias for action and "get it done" attitude
· Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment, as well as a rapid work pace
· A proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
· Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
· Experience with large scale e-commerce platforms including systems involving complex business logic
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Relishes ambiguity and change; devises frameworks to resolve trade-offs and prioritize
