Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technical writers that are in charge of developing troubleshooting instructions for a variety of electronic goods in a variety of industries.
- Get information on debuts, products, specs, and offers by interacting with our category teams, brands, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Regularly review the structure of the guides to ensure that they continue to fulfill the demands of the company.
- Plan regular content evaluations to identify areas that need to be updated or extended.
- Periodically monitor and drive utilization of troubleshooting instructions, understand input from end-users, and make improvements to the guides as needed.
- Manage a group of SMEs who are working on authoring techniques.
