BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in program or project management
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience leading process improvements
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline), Computer Science, Economics, Statistics
· 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably in a technology company
· Partner with stakeholders and/or managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, and milestones, and drive delivery to meet deadlines to meet program goals
· Coordinate daily with internal and external stakeholders across the globe to identify, track, report, and resolve performance and incoming issues for existing projects
· Build scalable mechanisms to bring order and structure to situations of ambiguity
· Work with internal teams in a fast paced environment to understand process gaps, owning resolution against these plans
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
· Bias for action and willingness to take risks
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability and willingness to take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Macros and VBA
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Should be able to think through unclear situations and come up with a specific framework to drive program improvement and metrics
· Professional experience in leading teams to deliver projects within the timeline
