BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in program or project management
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience leading process improvements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in operations management or similar fields with at least 2 years of team management experience.
Basic business analytics and leadership skills
Working knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word and MS Excel, Outlook.
Background in web search and familiarity with various ways used for searching for information
Willingness to work with varying product details which span the entire Amazon catalog.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Master’s degree in management is a plus.
Interest in metrics and reporting is desirable.
Audit certification and previous experience in data or system audits are a plus.
Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce) and Internet search industries·
