BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good project management skills
Strong judgment and instincts and ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
Strong people management skills and ability to lead by example
Comes with an industry experience of 5 to 8 years with at least 2 years in a team lead/people management role.
Good familiarity with the devices and testing domain knowledge
A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred but not mandatory
Flexibility and interest to do repetitive tasks
High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements
Strong affinity towards the latest consumer devices and tech
