BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations
A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering are preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 1 to 2 years in a people management role directly managing team members.
High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
Experience being the point of contact with stakeholders and managing project delivery.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong judgment and instincts and ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Good people manager who can manage and motivate direct reports and get the best out of them.
