BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years experience in operations management
2+ years of people management experience.
For External:
Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent and relevant work experience considered.
Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills desired.
Should have managed teams for at least 1 year and participated in performance management and appraisals
Exceptional operational, managerial, and analytical skills.
Proven track record of driving change and innovation
For Internal:
The minimum tenure in an L4 IC role should be 18 months.
All who have applied and did not clear within the last 3 months are not eligible.
Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent and relevant work experience considered.
Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation), and written communication skills desired.
Should have managed teams for at least 1 year either through direct or indirect influence.
Exceptional operational, managerial, and analytical skills.
Proven track record of driving change and innovation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior leadership experience in managing people and teams.
Exposure to quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean operations, etc.
Industry exposure across Operations, Risk Management, Fraud investigations, etc.
Managed critical operational processes, with end-to-end business responsibility.
Experience in supporting customers internally and externally
