Roles & Responsibilities:
- You'll be in charge of a team of 5-7 developers working on a Transport Financial System subsystem. Your main role is to ensure the growth of SDEs who report to you through long-term tech solutions created by your team.
- You'll be in charge of your tech area's roadmap, working closely with TFS Product Management and internal clients/stakeholders.
- You'll be responsible for developing corporate and organization-wide rules for the health and security of our systems, as well as controlling Operational Load in order to run these systems at Amazon size.
- In conjunction with Sr SDEs and PEs, you are responsible for promoting innovation and the next-generation solution vision for your area.
Skills:
- Database technologies (relational and no-sql) expertise
- AWS frameworks expertise
- Skills in debugging and troubleshooting, as well as a positive approach toward assisting and resolving customer issues
- Demonstrates operational excellence ability and passion.
