BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
10+ years of trade compliance experience in managing import/export compliance
Knowledge of import and export compliance requirements
Ability to accurately identify compliance gaps, perform research, and accurately communicate findings and recommendations in written analysis
Strong project management and verbal communication skills
Ability to create and utilize metrics and reporting to define program health and progress
Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter and independent thinker
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in managing import/export compliance in an E-Commerce set-up.
Advanced compliance training, Masters's or Law degree is a plus but is not required
Experience & proven track record in identifying, creating, and driving strategic initiatives for the organizations
