Role overview:

You will be leading and managing a team of operations staff with a focus on efficient and compliant lending operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and adherence to regulatory requirements in the lending department.


Key responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily operations of the lending department.

- Managing and mentoring a team of operations staff.

- Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance procedures.

- Improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Developing and implementing operational strategies.

- Monitoring key performance indicators and taking corrective actions.


Qualification required:

- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in operations management within the bfsi sector.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of lending processes and regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency in ms office suite and relevant operational software.
