BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Experience communicating results to stakeholders
Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion
MBA from a reputed institution with 10+ years’ experience with the last 3-4 years in a senior leadership position in a relevant Ad-strategy / advertising-led function.
Highly Analytical, Problem-Solving & someone who is comfortable with ambiguity
A proven track record of building a new business, strategic acumen with a high Bias for Action and Think Big attitude
Experience in previous roles managing relationships with senior stakeholders including Product leaders, Sales, Account Management, Finance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Digital advertising experience managing large clients
Experience at building teams, ideally with a focus that includes sales and go-to-market strategy
Experience in doing similar roles across TV or OTT player
