Roles & Responsibilities:
- For the production of a Plant 3D model, a strong understanding of the fundamentals of mechanical and plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and civil structural engineering is necessary.
- Proficiency in AVEVA E3D modelling, as well as knowledge of the drafting and quality assurance processes.
- P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and disciplinary drawings such as electrical, instrumentation, civil structural, mechanical, and piping should all be read and understood.
- AVEVA E3D tool was used to create 3D models in several modules such as mechanical and plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and civil structure.
- Conversion of laser scan files to an intelligent AVEVA E3D model.
- Understand and interpret the designs' revisions and redline markups, as well as E2E expertise in the As-built process.
- Troubleshoot modeling-related issues and develop database-related admin task solutions can be an extra benefit.
