BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Position requires 3+ years of successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques and a great desire to develop skills to an advanced level
• Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences
• Demonstrated knowledge of key business financial metrics
• Proven experience in working with large-scale technology systems
• Manage the Project schedule monitor network overall Kaizen activity, coordinate Kaizen efforts, and ensure timely financial validation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced degree /Master's Degree (Math, statistics, Engineering, Science, Business) from an accredited university or 5+ Years of similar experience
• MBA from a top-tier B-School is a plus
• Lean/Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification
• Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, R, Statistics, data modeling
