BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years experience in program or project management
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Roles
· 3+ years of relevant work experience handling operations with multiple stakeholders, and significant-tech development and roll-out across distributed teams
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate understanding of presenting data to different levels of leadership and sections of the organization.
· Strong change management and influence skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA with experience in cross-functional Program / Project managerial role handling multiple stakeholder teams.
