Roles & Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with internal and external stakeholders, support and manage the apprenticeship programme lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, finding hosts, streamlining programme components, assessment process, etc.).
- Develop and support apprentices throughout their careers, and collaborate closely with their host managers to ensure their success.
- Establish strong working connections with a range of cross-functional teams, and be in charge of streamlining procedures and communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a consistent manner.
- Manage vendor relationships and help them meet their goals by keeping track of their performance and providing regular feedback.
- While running the programme, maintain uniformity, adhere to centralised criteria, and use best practises.
