BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in people management
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3+ years experience in program or project management
• Overall 8+ years of experience
• Experience using Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodologies to streamline business processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in building, improving, and re-engineering business processes and business analytics.
• Strong process and Tech orientation; ability to find efficient solutions to problems and automate tasks.
• Proven record of innovation and thought leadership
• Ability to work independently with limited general supervision
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business customers and drive conflict resolution
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and how it pertains to project management lifecycle
• Experience using Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodologies to streamline business processes
• A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
• PMP certification
