BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5+ years of experience in program or project management
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
Experience in people management
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, math, statistics)
• Experience building and analyzing models using various statistical tools for forecasting and optimization.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in project/program management and/or operations in a customer service environment; with success leading cross functional programs and the ability to influence and lead without direct management authority.
• Intuitive understanding of a superior versus inferior customer experiences, with ability to quickly assess the situation and identify solutions to improve/fix.
• Analytical thinker with a proven ability to probe, question and get “under the hood” of established business operations and processes.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail (manage ambiguity; be prepared to get involved).
• Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive), as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diverse work experience/background; an obsession for customer service combined with business curiosity and a strategic viewpoint.
Solid business acumen preferably working in a Customer Service, Technology, or Outsource service environment.
