BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in program or project management
The responsibilities of a Linehaul Risk Program Manager include:
· Owning and delivering continuous improvement programs to support the roll out of strategic initiatives within ATS
· Work with cross-functional partners to identify and advise on risk mitigation strategies and control mechanisms to prevent fraud, abuse, and other operational risks that negatively impact Amazon, our partners, and our customers.
· Prepare and deliver business reviews to the management team regarding emerging risks, project progress and roadblocks.
Basic Qualifications
· The ideal candidate has proven experience in delivering projects with proven cost and efficiency improvements.
· Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics, Procurement or Statistics.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams through influence.
· Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are also beneficial.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· SQL experience / comfortable using data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI
· Continuous Improvement experience with Lean Six Sigma accreditation
· Academic focus on Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Mathematics/Engineering.
