BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years experience in program or project management
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Proven experience in effectively owning and building processes in an ambiguous environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to influence others
· Demonstrated ability to autonomously conduct quantitative analytics and problem-solve when data does not align
· Proven track record of scaling processes globally while reducing SLAs, reducing errors, and creating and maintaining high level of performance
· Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
· Six Sigma Black belt, PMP or similar certification
· 5+ years experience in program/project management.
· Experience developing operational processes and process improvement
· Experience with data mining techniques and statistical analysis
· Experience working in a fraud or risk detection organization
· Experience working in e-commerce
